  I've spent thousands of dollars at this location and here's what happened to me last night. 1) I had a return. They do not take returns at the customer service desk they point you to the long line. And if you shopped at this place before it is a LONG line. 2) when I finally got to the register the cashier told me even with my receipt and unopened package (mini drone), purchased 15 days before, if I did not have the credit card I used I could only get credit. I find that to be outrageous. I had to ask for a manager and wait another length of time to reason with him and I got my refund on another card. Both of these policies are not customer-centric to say the least, but I find them ADVERSIAL. I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere. Lastly ...the exact same drone was $ 24.99 at Costco and I purchase it at $39.99 at T.J.Maxx/Home Goods.

  I love this place, the great deals and selection. The staff is also friendly- they work hard. What I hate is the constant long lines waiting to check out. By the time I make my way up to a cashier I usually have had plenty of time to rethink my impulse items-which is usually all the store is about. So I either buy less or I don't even bother to wait the 15 minutes to check out, I just walk out with nothing.
