  I decided to purchase a garage door opener with installation from this store because I thought the price was reasonable. I didn't know it would so hard to make a payment over the phone. I had to call multiple times and was bounced to different departments and was told I would get a callback to complete the purchase. I never received a call and I had to call the following day. I talked to the operator, was put on hold, and was asked "What department are you holding for?" about 10 times. After 37 minutes of this hold and wait game, I was able to complete my purchase. I'm hoping the contractor coming out to install the garage opener doesn't treat me to the same awful customer service.

  I came to this location for the first time and got an unpleasant experience. The worker in Aliso Viejo needs to be educated and trained in costumer services. He didn't know the different between the k temperature and light output, and told me that I would get more headache if I used the higher k. Then he suggested I bought something that was not even close to my needs, and ganged up with another male costumer to convince me that I didn't know what I was talking about. A natural daylight is 5500 k and up, and this number is about the temperature not the output. It doesn't make the bulb brighter. Never go back to this store again.
